As the office assistant, you would be responsible for handling incoming phone calls, greeting clients and visitors, managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office clerk duties and errands.

Responsibilities:

 

An office assistant is responsible for handling incoming calls and other communications,

Managing the filing system, recording information as needed

Greeting clients and visitors as needed,

They may also help organize and maintain office common areas; coordinate events as necessary

Maintain supply inventory and aid with client reception as needed.

An office assistant should have experience with virtual assisting, creating and maintaining databases, and be proficient with word processing applications.

A pleasing personality and strong communication skills are also highly valued.
