  • Must manage Branch operations, which include a wide range of responsibilities from finance to marketing.

  • Finding appropriate staff and establishing an efficient workflow is key to being ready for the workload. Get started by preparing a work schedule and identifying what needs to be done.
  • Incorporating professional accountability into your culture will improve employee engagement and productivity. You'll need to recruit employees, select the right people, train them, assign them their tasks, keep them on schedule with deadlines, coach them on the right way to complete tasks efficiently and effectively, counsel them when they fall short of your expectations, and discipline employees who break the rules.
  • Managers need to communicate job standards and expectations, and plan, monitor, appraise and review the impact of their team's contributions.
  • Understand the industry and current trends to identify business development opportunities.
  • Arranging meetings with potential clients. By meeting new people and proving your value.
